The Case for Real Assets

Inflation-Resistant. Historically Proven. Finite Supply.

Our Mission

Democratizing Access to Agricultural Investment

For too long, farmland investment has been reserved for institutional investors and the ultra-wealthy. United Acres is changing that paradigm by providing sophisticated investors access to premium agricultural real estate with proven returns.

We believe that sustainable agriculture is not just good for the planet—it's good for portfolios. Our mission is to create a win-win-win: for investors seeking stable returns, for farmers who need capital and expertise, and for the environment that sustains us all.

Sustainable Farming
Our Story

From Family Farm to Investment Platform

2015

The Beginning

Founded by third-generation farmer Brian "Buck" Tucker and investment banker Floyd Allen, United Acres was born from a simple observation: farmland was becoming increasingly valuable, but small investors had no way to participate in this asset class.

2018

First Acquisition

Our first property—a 450-acre corn and soybean operation in Iowa—delivered 14.2% returns in year one, validating our investment thesis and operational model.

2023

Expansion & Impact

Today, we manage over 25,000 acres across 7 states, have partnered with 45+ family farmers, and have helped over 500 families transition their land while preserving their agricultural legacy.
